Course delivery: 3 x 75-minute virtual sessions

This series of three virtual sessions focuses on the importance of being an empathetic leader and how it benefits both the employees and the business. Great leadership requires all kinds of skills to create a company culture encouraging engagement and performance, but also ensuring the well-being of the employees. Empathy should be at the top of leaders’ set of skills.
