This series of three virtual sessions focuses on the importance of being an empathetic leader and how it benefits both the employees and the business. Great leadership requires all kinds of skills to create a company culture encouraging engagement and performance, but also ensuring the well-being of the employees. Empathy should be at the top of leaders’ set of skills.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, all over the world, successful leaders had one quality in common: understanding and caring for their people. They showed kindness and compassion. They were empathetic. This course will help participants get an understanding of what empathy is and what it isn’t. It will show them the benefits of empathetic leadership, and equip them with the necessary skills, so that they can become more empathetic leaders, better leaders.
