Course delivery: Half-day face-to-face workshop     |     2 x 75-minute virtual courses

The first session looks at the ways you can observe and assess your team competently, and how to set specific criteria.                                                                                       The second session focuses on the skills needed in order to provide effective corrective coaching, and the benefits of positive feedback to teams using praise and recognition.
