Course delivery: 90-minute virtual group sessions

ASCEND is a 12-week Hospitality Leadership Mastery Programme, which is designed to equip you with the essential skills and techniques you need to manage your team effectively.

You'll learn how to communicate more effectively, delegate tasks with confidence, empower your teams and resolve conflicts among other things. The programme will provide participants with the opportunity to apply what they learn in the sessions and develop their skills and knowledge in a practical way.

The programme includes fortnightly 1 on 1 virtual coaching sessions, which will provide additional support and guidance to participants to help them achieve their individual goals.
